RIGHT NOW AT THE VINEYARD
In March, in the NORTHERN HEMISPHERE, the VINEYARD is ploughed to control weeds by machine or with horse-drawn ploughs. In the WINERY, wines that are to be drunk young are bottled.
In the SOUTHERN HEMISPHERE, harvesting is taking place in the VINEYARD and, in the WINERY, people may be working 'round the clock to make sure the winemaking equipment and additions such as yeast and sugar are ready.
